Our History

Power + Prefab is owned and operated by DL Smith, a full service electrical and construction company founded in 1972. The company established Power + Prefab in 2014 as a way to support electrical contractors.

Since then, Power + Prefab has successfully assisted with project completion on dormitories, medical facilities, motels, apartment units, power generation facilities, and more.
